Gabrielle Rubinstein is a former opera singer who studied at McGill University in Montreal. After getting her Master of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music, she worked as a singer for several years before going into the JOE business with her brother Jonathan in 2003.
Together with Jonathan, they have opened 19 stores across NYC and Philly, have a roasting and wholesale department as well as a events and catering department.
Gabrielle is married to an Australian, has a 7 year old daughter and a fish names Sugar and lives in Brooklyn Heights.
